Pretty much every time I've ever gotten my hair cut, it takes me a few weeks to get used to it -- to figure it out, and know how to make it look ok, and generally like the result. When I walk out of a salon, I usually feel great, but then there's always a few weeks of settling in until I feel thoroughly confident wielding my own hairbrush.
True to form, my hair feels cute today. Which is good, because it's been a pretty boring three weeks of wearing it pulled back!
