Almost all the wedding related prep work is done, y'all. The only big things left to do are finalizing the music and actually setting everything up at the venue (which we can't do yet anyway).
This means that my day tomorrow will probably consist of:
- running
- cooking a batch of tomato sauce to use up all the tomatoes that keep ripening (seriously, stop it, you guys)
- trying to find people on whom to pawn off some of our string bean crop
- laundry
- figuring out how to write a blog post in advance and have it publish later
- making little paper flags for affixing to wedding favors*
- making more lists of little things that have to be done before the wedding
- cleaning the house
- standing outside and staring at the japanese anemone plant -- with its 20something buds and two fully bloomed flowers -- and willing the rest to open
Should be a good day.
*Ok, confession time: we will in fact be doing the individual notes for the favors, despite my earlier rhetoric to the contrary. I'd like to point out, however, in my defense, that this doesn't constitute a "big" thing left to do.
